BARC India was a startup and yet not a typical startup. A Joint industry company that set out to measure what India watches. The industry and regulators expected us to ramp up quickly. India doesn’t have a talent pool in media analytics and we started training and making managers out of talented domain experts. This is where Ravi and team stepped in. To put it simply he helped make managers out of some deeply talented people. Through team and personal engagements, and coaching we saw many Heads of Departments transform and become leaders.
