One on One Meetings and FGDs

 Diagnostic sessions/meetings with the leaders on what defines personal and organization success in terms of people contribution and their personal characteristics. These discussions will seek success stories (real examples of work done), asking explicitly for (and deriving) competencies demonstrated by people in successful accomplishment of coveted results.

Some Key themes for discussion are :

Workshops

Pre-Workshop Triggers will lead the participants to introspect on the workshop topic before they get into the session.

The Workshop will focus on building Leadership skills based on the organizational learning agenda (identified themes) in a group learning environment (1 day workshop).

The sub themes can emerge for the pre work/diagnostic call in Phase 1 or can be identified as a part of the learning agenda.

The session would be divided into 3 steps
  • TRIGGER - Something that gets you thinking
  • PERSPECTIVE - What did I gather from this trigger
  • ESTABLISHED MODELS & PRINCIPLES - What can I apply

Post Workshop Trigger will provide the participants a learning support based on the discussions on various topics/models in the workshop.
