With over 30 years of experience across various industries, including 16 years in consulting, Rakesh brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every engagement.
Rakesh has conducted more than 12,500 hours of consulting in India and the Middle East and have shared their insights as a visiting faculty at Nirma Institute of Management in Ahmedabad and S.P. Jain Institute of Management in Dubai.
The extensive corporate experience spans over three decades, complemented by 15 years of global delivery experience in sectors such as consumer durables, automation, and consulting. His skills and competencies include training needs diagnostics, participant profile analysis to understand participant psyche, and the use of assessment instruments to evaluate behavior, personality, and styles. He is adept at experiential training for deeper impact, brainstorming, interactive sessions to convey important principles and theories, role plays for practice, and follow-through coaching to internalize learning.
Additionally, he has developed e-learning modules for ongoing practice and improvement.
Rakesh has worked across a diverse range of industries, including construction, BFSI, Automobile, Tyres, Consumer durables, airport services etc.
Major projects led encompass customer service, sales, behavioral interventions, leadership interventions, conflict management, decision making, key account management, coaching, outbound workshops, emotional intelligence, performance coaching, assessment centers, development centers, process creation/management, and competency mapping/development.

Manish Gupta is a Management Consultant, Trainer, and Facilitator with particular interest in the areas of Leadership Development, Productivity Enhancement & Execution Excellence, Sales Effectiveness, Presentation & Communication Skills, Coaching & Mentoring, Service & Operational Quality, and Team Building.
Prior to joining NeoSynapses, he was a banking professional with over 17 years of experience across diverse businesses and functions including Business Strategy, Operations, Relationship Management, Business and Product Development, and Client Sales Management. His last assignment was as Managing Director and Sales Head for Treasury and Trade Solutions, Citibank, India. Manish started his professional journey with Tata Motors where he led a team of 30 to help set-up the Lucknow plant.
When not consulting companies in his new avatar, he examines the vagaries and idiosyncrasies of the English language. The success of his debut book titled English Bites! My ‘Fullproof’ English Learning Formula, a Penguin publication, has spurred him to write a sequel. This is currently in the making and taking a toll on his other interests like trivia, travelling, adventure sports, and positive psychology.
Manish Gupta holds a Masters in Business Administration with dual specialization in Finance and Marketing from XLRI, Jamshedpur as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He lives in Mumbai with his wife, a medical professional, and their two daughters.

Prior to joining GECIS (now Genpact) in 2001, she worked in a start-up IT firm and Savills Manpower Consultants as HR Consultant. At GECIS, she led a team of trainers to deliver product & communication skills training across processes.
In 2007, she joined UnitedHealth Group and was responsible for the Learning & Development function across the Asia Pacific region. She worked very closely with the business to design effective customized development interventions for their specific needs. She was responsible for performance management, competency mapping, career management system, talent management, assessing learning needs and defining training frameworks for 6000+ employees across APAC.

Atish has over 2 decades of diverse industry experience managing businesses and building teams.
A Mechanical Engineer from DCE, Atish had his grounding in operations at Tata Motors, followed by setting-up a processing plant at ONGC. Post his MBA (IIM-B) he learned the ropes in the Equity Markets with a leading MNC Investment Bank. In 1998, he started as a two member team to set up the retailing business – Globus Stores and grew to over 500 employees. Having built a business in the physical world, he moved to the dotcom business space as a COO focussing energies in building high performing teams to manage growing business in fast changing environment. He gained international exposure as the Product Manager for the BPO business with e-Funds, followed by an extended stint with ICICI Bank managing stable and mature businesses across retail and institutional domains.
A passionate runner having completed marathons in India and abroad, he believes in the human potential to achieve far beyond the obvious and pursues his passion of training and coaching people to dream and to realise them
